How do Referrals Work?

1. You (The Customer) refers their friend (aka "Friend") by sending them their referral URL. Available when you create an account and log into the Smile.io box on our website.
   
2. When your "Friend" clicks on the URL, they should see a prompt for them to enter their email address. When they enter their email address, the "Friend" reward will be sent to them via email.
   
3. If your friend then goes on to make a purchase, you will get your reward of $10 off your next purchase.

The friend does not need to create an account, nor use the friend reward that they redeemed in order to complete the referral. They would just have to make a purchase! 

With our referral program, you may share your referral link from directly within the customer panel. By default the sharing options are Facebook, X, and email. You can also manually copy and paste the referral link anywhere you like.

Note: If a customer has checked out as a guest before, or entered their email in any capacity they will not be able to use the referral link (as they will already have an email associated with their name) and will therefore not be eligible.

• Place an order = 5 Points for every $1 spent
• Refer a Friend - $10 off coupon when they purchase

Spend Points:

• 10% off Order Coupon = 500 Points
• $10 off $50+ Orders Coupon = 500 Points
• Every 50 Points = $1 Off, minimum of 500 Points to required
